Amy is a caring and highly experienced paediatric Speech Pathologist, dedicated to providing paediatric Speech Pathology services for children and their families on Southern Yorke Peninsula, South Australia.
In 2004, Amy completed a Bachelor of Speech Pathology at Flinders University. She is passionate about empowering the key people in a child's life to ensure sustainable gains for the child's communication and swallowing. She aims to achieve collaboration with parents, grandparents, teachers, childcare workers and school support staff where possible.
Amy has extensive experience in paediatric communication and swallowing/feeding across a wide range of settings including community health, private practice, acute paediatric in-patient and school/kindergarten/childcare settings.
She is highly experienced in trans-disciplinary working with a wide range of health professionals including Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Physiotherapists, General Practitioners, Paediatricians, Lactation Consultants, Dietitians and Social Workers.
Amy has a strong commitment to continuing professional development and evidence based practice. This is reflected in her status as a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist, member of Speech Pathology Australia and registered provider with the National Disability Insurance Agency.
